The BioTector® Series 4 Plus is a self-cleaning on-line organic analyzer designed to measure carbon levels in waste streams. It uses a two-stage advanced oxidation process that allows for an infrared measurement of carbon dioxide. The analyzer is able to analyze toxic process fluids without venting them into the atmosphere, making it ideal for environmental monitoring, process control, and waste minimization. Hastelloy materials make the Series 4 Plus ideal for the most corrosive and difficult applications.
Can measure total organic carbon (TOC), total carbon (TC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), and volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the waste streams of various industries and facilities. With correlation tests, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) may also be determined.
