Ohmart/VEGA offers support to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The following information will explain the procedures for different situations. It is important to contact the correct group in order to receive the the quickest response. Please note, Nuclear Field Service handles instrumentation questions and assistance needs, while Nuclear Services handles radiological emergency situations.

NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (M-F, 8 A.M. - 6 P.M. EST)

OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS

For VEGA Field Service: Please call our international service hotline at (011) 49 1805 858550. Service will be provided immediately by a live operator at any time of day or night.

For Nuclear Field Service: Please call 800.FOR.LEVEL (800.367.5383) or 513.272.0131. Follow the prompts given by the answering service, including entering your contact number. A Field Service Engineer will then be paged to return your call.
